How do I book a photography session with you?
Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to me through my website, email, or phone, and let me know the type of session you're interested in. I will guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Yes, definitely! You’re welcome to choose a location that’s special to you, whether it’s the beach, your home, or somewhere meaningful for your family.
I also have a handful of favourite spots around the Gold Coast, including some beautiful beaches and hidden hinterland gems that photograph really well. If you're not sure where to go, I’m more than happy to suggest a few options based on the look and feel you’re after.
How long does a typical photo session last?
It depends on the type of session, but most of my full outdoor family or newborn sessions run for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Mini studio sessions are shorter and sweet—around 15 minutes—perfect for little ones or quick seasonal shoots.
I always allow a bit of flexibility, especially with young kids or newborns, to make sure we get a lovely mix of relaxed and natural moments without any pressure.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I aim to have your gallery ready within 2 weeks of your session. Often, I’ll have them back to you even sooner, depending on how busy things are.
During peak seasons, like spring or the lead-up to Christmas, turnaround time may extend to 3 weeks, but I’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case.
If you need your photos sooner, I do offer a rush fee option of $75, which guarantees your full gallery will be delivered within 1 week of your session.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
I totally understand that weather can be unpredictable, and I’m always very flexible when it comes to rescheduling.
I keep a close eye on the radar and will usually wait until the latest possible time to make the call, just in case things clear up. If the weather isn’t looking great, we’ll chat about options and find a new time that works for you.
Your session is important, and I want to make sure we get the best light and conditions possible for beautiful photos.
